FACTORS AFFECTING THE DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURAL TOURISM IN THANH HOA

Abstract
The study aims to analyze the factors influencing the development of agricultural tourism in Thanh Hoa Province through a survey of 60 experts in the fields of management, business, and tourism research in the province. The method of assessing the reliability of the scale, c involvedrrelation analysis, ad multiple linear regression weranalyze the data. The results identified eight groups of factors affecting the development of agricultural tourism in Thanh Hoa province, including natural conditions and tourism resources, infrastructure, and technical facilities, tourism human resources and community participation, policies and management, location and accessibility, science and technology and digital transformation, products and markets, promotion and advertising. The research results are the basis for proposing a number of policy implications to promote the development of agricultural tourism in Thanh Hoa province in the future.
