FACTORS AFFECTING THE DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURAL TOURISM IN THANH HOA

Abstract
The study aims to analyze the factors influencing the development of agricultural tourism in Thanh Hoa province through a survey of 198 tourists (including 190 valid survey responses used for analysis). The method of assessing the reliability of the scale, involved relation analysis, and multiple linear regression were applied to analyze the data. The results identified nine groups of factors affecting the development of agricultural tourism in Thanh Hoa province, including natural conditions and agritourism resoures, infrastructure, and technical facilities, tourism human resources; community participation, policies and management, location and accessibility, science and technology and digital transformation, products and markets, promotion and advertising. The research results are the basis for proposing a number of policy implications to promote the development of agricultural tourism in Thanh Hoa province in the future.
