Quản trị xanh đã và đang trở thành nhiệm vụ và nhu cầu tất yếu trong mỗi doanh nghiệp nhằm đáp ứng mục tiêu kép vừa phát triển kinh tế vừa bảo vệ môi trường và phát triển bền vững. Nghiên cứu này tâp trung xây dựng khung lý thuyết về nhân tố ảnh hướng đến quản trị xanh trong doanh nghiệp du lịch từ đó đề xuất mô hình nghiên chính thức phục vụ hoạt động nghiên cứu chuyên sâu và định hướng giải pháp thúc đẩy chuyển đổi xanh, quản trị xanh. Kết quả xây dựng mô hình và khảo sát thực nghiệm trên quy mô mẫu 225 phiếu cho thấy các nhân tố: Năng lực của lãnh đạo; Mức độ nhận thức; Năng lực tài chính; Trang thiết bị và công nghệ; Thể chế, chính sách; Xu hướng du lịch xanh và Hỗ trợ từ chính quyền có tác động thuận chiều đến hoạt động Quản trị xanh trong doanh nghiệp du lịch.
