Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors influencing the digital competence of workers in agricultural cooperatives in Thanh Hoa province in the context of rapid digital transformation. The dataset consists of 356 valid observations analyzed using the PLS-SEM method. The results indicate that leadership capacity, technological resources, training and support policies, individual characteristics, and local digital infrastructure all have positive effects on workers’ digital competence. Among these, individual characteristics and leadership capacity have the most notable effects. These findings provide an empirical basis for developing solutions to enhance digital competence, thereby contributing to the advancement of digital transformation in the agricultural cooperative sector in Thanh Hoa province.
