This paper proposes novel sufficient conditions for establishing h-stability and synthesizing con trollers for linear continuous-time singular systems. The analysis is carried out through the Lyapunov Krasovskii functional method, offering a generalized perspective of exponential stability. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach, several numerical examples are presented.
