The Hong Duc University Journal of Science requires all authors to carefully review the following checklist prior to manuscript submission. Manuscripts that fail to adhere to these guidelines will be declined and will not proceed to the subsequent editorial and peer review processes.

  • All submitted manuscripts must strictly comply with the Journal's policies and formatting guidelines. The content of the manuscript must align with the Aims and Scope of the Journal.
  • The submitted manuscript must not have been previously published, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere (whether in abstract or full-text format, in print, or online). Furthermore, manuscripts must not be simultaneously submitted to other journals until a final decision is rendered by our Journal.
  • The manuscript file must be in Microsoft Word format and submitted via the following link: https://hdujs.edu.vn/index.php/hdujs/submission/wizard
  • The text must adhere to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines: https://hdujs.edu.vn/index.php/hdujs/about/submissions#authorGuidelines. Authors must ensure the manuscript is free of grammatical, typographical, and other formatting errors as prescribed by the Journal.
  • The article must possess a clear and logical structure. The abstract should comprehensively reflect the research objectives, methodology, and results. Keywords must accurately represent the content and scope of the study. All tables and figures must include clear captions and source attributions. The manuscript must demonstrate its scientific contribution or practical significance (refer to the Manuscript Template).
  • For multi-authored manuscripts, all authors must reach a consensus on the number and order of names in the author list. The primary author is the one listed first; the remaining authors are considered co-authors. The corresponding author acts as the primary point of contact between the Journal and the co-authors, directly communicating with the Journal on all matters related to manuscript submission, revision, editing, and publication. The corresponding author can be the primary author or any other co-author. All authors must mutually agree on this designated representative, who assumes direct responsibility for the manuscript (refer to the Copyright Agreement and Authorship Contribution Form).
  • All authors must consent to being listed and approve the submission of the manuscript to the Journal. Once the manuscript has entered the peer review stage, any addition, deletion, or rearrangement of author names will not be accepted unless the author group submits an official written request detailing justifiable reasons to the Journal.
  • Manuscripts will undergo a plagiarism and similarity check; the maximum acceptable similarity index is 30%. All cited materials must be clearly indicated and comprehensively listed in the reference section. If the manuscript utilizes information from research participants, the authors must obtain their informed consent prior to publication. Authors bear full responsibility for the content of the article, as well as the use of any materials, data, images, tables, etc.
  • In certain cases, upon request by the Editorial Board or reviewers, authors must provide the complete underlying research data at the time of submission to facilitate manuscript evaluation.
  • Authors commit to fully complying with the Journal's editorial and peer review processes; cooperating during manuscript revision and finalization; and assuming responsibility for the integrity and legality of the article's content.

The Hong Duc University Journal of Science sincerely thanks you for your contributions and submissions (Submit your article here).
