Main Article Content
Abstract
Abstract: This paper examines employer feedback on the professional competencies of Early Childhood Education graduates at Hong Duc University based on survey data collected during the 2023–2025 period. The study uses a quantitative descriptive approach combined with document analysis. Findings indicate consistently positive evaluations of graduates' professional attitudes and foundational knowledge. One year after graduation, the employment rate reached 92.2%, with 90.5% of graduates working in positions related to their field of training. However, employers increasingly emphasized the need for foreign language proficiency, digital skills, and soft skills, reflecting changing professional demands in the context of digital transformation and international integration. Based on these findings, the paper proposes strengthening early professional practice and integrating adaptability-related competencies into teacher education programs.
