Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between components of training service quality and students satisfaction at Hong Duc university. With 508 valid questionaires, the hypothesis was analyzed and tested through the SEM linear structrure model. Reseach results show that all three components of training service quality including: interaction quality, learning environment quality and output quality have a direct and positive impact on students satisfaction. In which, the quality of the learning environment quality has strongest impact, followed by the quality of interaction and finally, output quality has least impact on students satisfaction.
