Abstract
This study was conducted on 135 administrators and lecturers at Hong Duc University. The results indicate that the work of educating pedagogy students on values has been receiving attention from the university's faculty, leading to positive changes. The majority of students have developed a profound understanding of values and the teaching profession, turning these values into a personal code of conduct that meets societalrequirements and professional activities. However, there are still some shortcomings, such as some pedagogy students not fully understanding the values of the profession, lacking passion for their chosen profession, and exhibiting a lack of enthusiasm and dedication to learning and developing professional skills. These issues need to be addressed further to enhance the effectiveness of value-based education for pedagogy students.
