Abstract

Crinum asiaticum L. is a widely used medicinal plant with traditional medicinal value. Two research experiments were conducted to determine the effects of harvest time and preservation methods on the quality of Crinum asiaticum L. The harvest experiment was conducted with 4 harvest formulas after the previous cutting batch of 60, 105, 115 and 150 days. The preservation experiment was conducted with 3 formulas: direct preservation of hemp sacks, preservation in plastic bags with hemp sacks on the outside and preservation in vacuum-sealed plastic bags with hemp sacks on the outside, all of which were preserved under the same storage conditions, temperature and humidity. The research results showed tha: Crinum asiaticum L. harvested 60 days after the previous cutting batch gave the best yield of active ingredients. The highest quality preservation was achieved when preserved in vacuum-sealed plastic bags with hemp sacks on the outside and after 9 months, the medicinal herbs should be dried again to avoid mold.
