BARRIERS TO GREEN INNOVATION OF ENTERPRISES
IN INDUSTRIAL PARKS IN HO CHI MINH CITY

Abstract
This study aims to identify and analyze the main barriers affecting the green innovation of enterprises in industrial parks in Ho Chi Minh City, using a descriptive quantitative approach. The survey results from 338 enterprises across six representative industrial parks indicate that these barriers have a significant impact on the implementation of green innovation, with financial - economic barriers being the most prominent, followed by market and innovation system barriers, technological - technical barriers, institutional - policy barriers, and other barriers as well. Based on the findings, the study proposes several recommendations to promote green innovation of enterprises in industrial parks in Ho Chi Minh City in the coming period.
