PHƯƠNG PHÁP SCAN MATCHING CHO DỮ LIỆU LIDAR 2D SỬ DỤNG CHIẾN LƯỢC TÌM KIẾM PHÂN CẤP VÀ HÀM MỤC TIÊU KHÁNG NHIỄU

Tóm tắt
Bài toán Định vị và Lập bản đồ đồng thời (SLAM - Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) trên các nền tảng phần cứng hạn chế tài nguyên luôn là thách thức lớn đối với robot dịch vụ giá rẻ. Bài báo này đề xuất một phương pháp khớp dữ liệu quét (Scan Matching) tối ưu hóa, kết hợp chiến lược tìm kiếm từ thô đến tinh (C2F - Coarse-to-Fine) và hàm mục tiêu kháng nhiễu (Robust Objective Function) Trimmed Robust để giải quyết vấn đề hội tụ chậm và sai lệch do nhiễu động. Thực nghiệm trên cảm biến Lidar 2D cho thấy phương pháp đề xuất (C2F-Trim-Robust) đạt độ ổn định vượt trội với độ lệch chuẩn sai số thấp nhất (178.6mm), giảm thiểu đáng kể rủi ro rơi vào cực trị địa phương so với các phương pháp truyền thống như ICP hay MSE thuần túy. Đặc biệt, chiến lược phân cấp giúp duy trì thời gian xử lý ở mức 3.73s, cho thấy tiềm năng triển khai trên các vi xử lý cấu hình thấp, tuy vẫn cần tiếp tục tối ưu để đáp ứng yêu cầu thời gian thực.
