Abstract

Drawing on the Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) framework, institutional theory, and the resource-based view (RBV), this study examines the factors influencing the level of green logistics adoption among logistics enterprises in Thanh Hoa province. Based on 226 valid responses, the study employs Cronbach’s Alpha reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), and multiple linear regression. The empirical results indicate that four factors-FTR, INF, MSC, and POL-have positive and statistically significant effects on GLP, whereas INT does not exhibit a statistically significant direct impact in the proposed model.
